• Two-stage filter structure

  • The two-stage filter structure enhances the efficiency of particle removal and extends the life of the filter.
  • The filter is designed to be filtered in the order of ① Pre filter ② HEPA filter to maximize performance.

  

• Stage 1: Pre Filter

  • A Pre filter is installed to extend the life of the high-performance filter mounted downstream.
  • The polyester material pre filter removes larger particles first.

  

• Stage 2: HEPA Filter

  • The HEPA filter ultimately removes microparticles that have passed through the first stage filter.
  • The HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter is a high-performance filter developed to remove harmful microorganisms and radioactive substances, capable of removing over 99.97% of particles when a 0.3µm particle is passed through once.

  

• German-made Analog Differential Pressure Gauge

  • Equipped with an analog differential pressure gauge from AFRISO, a world-renowned measuring instrument manufacturer in Germany, which is less prone to malfunctions and allows for precise measurements.
  • The differential pressure gauge indicates the degree of filter clogging and signals when replacement is necessary.
