An Air Pulse Dust Collector capable of capturing large and heavy particles such as scraps, chips, grains, plastics, and dust that are closely adhered to the surface with strong static pressure. It is mainly used as a powder conveying device.

Key Features

• Cartridge Filter

  • Equipped with a polyester material cartridge filter.

  

• Air Pulse Jet Cleaning System

  • Uses an air pulse device (spraying compressed air from the air tank at regular intervals) to clean the filter.
  • Allows for filter cleaning even during the operation of the dust collector. (Continuous operation for 24 hours is possible)
  • A Venturi, which increases the efficiency of cleaning the filter by blowing compressed air, is installed.
  • The particles dislodged during cleaning are collected in the dust container at the bottom.

  

• German Analog Differential Pressure Gauge

  • Equipped with an analog differential pressure gauge from AFRISO, a world-renowned German measuring instruments manufacturer, ensuring fewer malfunctions and precise measurements.
  • The differential pressure gauge indicates when the filter is clogged and needs to be replaced.

  

• High-Performance Ring Blower

  • Uses a durable, high-performance ring blower with high static pressure.
  • Equipped with a cooling fan to prevent damage to the ring blower due to heat.
  • A muffler is installed, and vibration dampeners are attached around the ring blower to reduce noise and vibration.

  

Options (Selectable)

• Cyclone

  • Using a cyclone as a pre-treatment device can significantly reduce the amount of dust entering the dust collector, extending the life of the filter.
  • The cyclone removes dust using the principle of centrifugal force and gravity settling.
  • It is more effective for jobs where large and heavy dust particles, such as wood and metal dust, are generated in large amounts.
  • It is not suitable for fine, light dust particles.

  

• Combo Panel

  • Changes the analog control panel to a digital controller.
  • Displays the differential pressure of the filter in digital form, allowing for the assessment of filter clogging.
  • Includes a remote control feature for controlling the dust collector in conjunction with other equipment.
  • Due to the digital nature, durability is lower compared to analog types.

  

• One-Touch Detachable Dust Container

  • Changes from a heavy and inconvenient drawer-type dust container to an easily detachable one with a single touch.
  • Features a window to check the amount of accumulated dust and wheels for easy disposal.
  • The distance between the filter and dust container is increased, reducing particle re-entrainment due to air pulsing, thereby extending the filter's life.

  

• Hopper, Valve

  • Changes the dust container to a funnel-shaped structure for efficient handling of large amounts of dust.
  • Empty the dust using a rotary valve (automatic control) or a butterfly valve (manual control).
  • The distance between the filter and dust container is increased, reducing particle re-entrainment due to air pulsing, thereby extending the filter's life.

  

• Explosion-Proof Structure

  • Applies an explosion-proof structure and devices such as explosion pressure dispersion units, sensors for detecting explosions, and firefighting devices to minimize damage in the event of an explosion.

  

• Flame Arrestor Device

  • Adds a device to extinguish flames sucked in, preventing fire.

  

• Control Box / Distribution Board

  • Configures switches, circuit breakers, and control devices in a separate steel plate box.
  • The electrical control devices are not affected by contaminants, thus extending their life.
  • Can be attached and used at the desired location.

  

• Local Switch, Contact Configuration

  • Adds a local switch for turning the power ON/OFF.
  • Can be attached and used at the desired location.
  • The electrical circuit contacts can be configured to turn ON/OFF simultaneously with other equipment.

  

• Flexible Conduit for Wires

  • Covers wires with a flexible conduit to prevent fire due to insulation damage.

  

• Filter Material Change

  • Can switch to a different filter material depending on the characteristics of the contaminants.
  • Ultra Nano Filter: A special filter coated with nanofibers.
  • GDC-TEX Filter: A special filter with membrane coating.

  

• Customization / Custom Design

  • Design modifications or new developments other than standard products are possible upon request.

Precautions

• • An air compressor is required because the filter is cleaned using compressed air.
  • Please inquire separately for dust with explosion hazards such as aluminum, titanium, and epoxy.
  • Not suitable for local exhaust systems as it has high static pressure but low airflow.
