Product Introduction

As a downward airflow dust collector, it uses mechanisms of collision, blocking, diffusion, and electrostatics to remove fine particles from dust-laden gas. This dust collector has a structure where the dust-containing air is sucked from above to below and filters are mounted horizontally. When compressed air is sprayed onto the filter, the dust fallen from the filter surface does not reattach due to the rising air current, structurally increasing the life of the filter media compared to traditional filter dust collectors.

Here, the ultra nano filter has a high filtration efficiency capable of removing 0.3 µm particles with 99.1% efficiency while also having low pressure loss. Due to the surface treatment method of the filter, clogging is less, and the detachment effect by the Air Pulse Jet is excellent, hence the lifespan is long. Due to these characteristics, the smart nano dust collector can significantly reduce the cost of replacing filters, as the lifespan of the filter is up to three times longer than traditional models.

These characteristics allow for faster filtration speeds when processing the same capacity of dust-laden gas compared to traditional filter dust collectors, therefore maintaining the same performance while greatly reducing the volume of the dust collector, saving on manufacturing costs and installation space.

    • A downward airflow dust collector where the pollutant source is sucked from above to below and the filter is mounted horizontally.
    • Due to the downward airflow structure, particles captured in the dust chamber are not resuspended by the rising airflow, and during the operation of the dust collector, when the filter is air-pulsed (cleaned with compressed air), particles that fall from the filter surface do not reattach to the filter, thus extending the life of the filter.

Core Design Factors

    • The sizing or grading of the dust collector is determined by the ratio of airflow to filter area, which is referred to as the filtration speed.
    • The temperature of the dust-laden gas and the characteristics of the pollutant source are considered to keep the filtration speed from exceeding 3m/min, typically designed around 1~2m/min.
